Stop insinuating that minorities are unintelligent and/or lazy. Stop being racist.
To say that minorities can not get IDs, don't have the ability to access or use the internet, don't know how to get to the DMV, etc., is just ignorant and racist. The people that use these techniques are race baiters and race hustlers. And minorities do not appreciate it.
